Pedro Mendes is Country Manager at Flowgroup Moçambique. He has more than ten years of consulting experience, eight of which in the Mozambican market, in the areas of Organizational Development, Talent Management and Training. Pedro began his career in the area of ​​Strategy and Operations, in a big 4 company. Later on, he was responsible for expanding a Human Resources Consulting company into the Mozambican market, with strategy and business management responsibilities in his role. Pedro joined the Flowgroup in 2013, where he is responsible for some of our most relevant projects, managing a client portfolio in industries such as Banking, Oil & Gas, Mining, among others. Pedro stands out for his ability to inspire and influence through his creativity and strategic thinking.

Ana is the Manager of LearnIT, a digital company that belongs to Flow group. She stands out for her motivation, dynamic, creativity and empathy. Graduated in Business Management, throughout her professional career she has had experiences in different areas of Management. Her most recent professional experience was as Project Manager and Business Developer at a Learning Technology Development Company, where she was responsible for the company's major clients such as BCI, BancABC, A Politécnica, ISMMA, ISDB and IFBM, and for develop instructional designs for e-learning and b-learning courses for clients from different countries, as well as off-the-shelf courses. In addition to this experience, she was also Human Resources Manager in a company with about 180 employees in Mozambique, where she has been living since 2013. In the past, she has performed other management functions, such as Navigator Product Manager, and Quality Manager (responsible for the implementation of the Quality Management System and consequent Certification of the company by the international ISO standards). Based on her management experience, pedagogical construction and dynamics of e-learning and b-learning courses, in 2019 Ana joined the Flow team to start the LearnIT company, whose mission is to leverage Flow and its clients Programs by providing innovative experiences that make a difference in the time of transmission, acquisition and recycling of knowledge.

Frederico has been one of our Managers at Flowgroup since 2018, and he has been managing projects in the areas of Organizational Development (culture) as well as training in Soft Skills and Leadership. Frederico started his career as a Consultant in several consulting companies in Portugal and Mozambique. In 2012 he joined a big 4 company in Mozambique, where he assumed the role of Manager of the Management Consulting area. He implemented projects to improve management processes, strategy and human resources development. Carrying out these works gave him a high degree of knowledge about the Mozambican market, and also provided him with technical skills that add value to the customer. Frederico has been living in Mozambique since 2004 and has over 20 years of professional experience. Frederico is an excellent facilitator with a strong focus on strategy and results.

Daniela is a Global Coordinator at Flowgroup where she is responsible for Integrating and Synergising our Ways of Working at Flow offices, as well as Internal Academies, Global Branding, and for the exploration of opportunities in new territories in the Organizational Development areas. Prior to Flow, she worked in the marketing field, as project manager, and later on at a multinational mining company, where she was responsible for managing the evaluation cycle of more than 3,000 employees (Asia, Africa and the Pacific), as well as the development and implementation of Leadership, Induction and Soft Skills Programs. In 2015, Daniela joined the Flowgroup, where she has been working as a consultant for organization development and culture programs in renowned organizations on various international projects. Daniela is passionate about developing programs that work in depth the culture in the organisations, from the conception and diagnosis until the implementation and transformation.

Michela is one of our consultants that is focused on organizational development. She has always wanted to work in this field, despite having graduated in Biological Sciences, because she believes she can make a difference in the dynamics of organizations and their people. She is someone who cares about perfection in her work, which ensure a high quality in the delivery of her projects. Organization and attention to detail are Michela's keywords. Michela joined Flow Moçambique in early 2018, first as a trainee, and nowadays she is a junior consultant. Her integration began with a Heineken Trainees program, then went through Culture programs at Standard Bank Mozambique and Angola and some Youth projects, such as Pitch Bootcamp and Ready To Work. One of her greatest qualities is her love for reading, which she has cultivated since her childhood and adolescence, making her knowledgeable when discussing some particular subjects. Her favourite writers are José Rodrigues dos Santos and Mia Couto. Her biggest dream is to travel the world, to get to know different people and cultures, and her country of choice is Japan, due to its ancient traditions and respect for nature.

Flávio is a Graphic and Multimedia Designer at LearnIT, which is a digital branch of Flow. During his professional career, he has had experience in different areas of Design and Computer science. He started as a sales consultant, subsequently as a promoter and its branding, where he was responsible for the promotion of major brands in the industry. For four years, he was creative director of one of the renowned local magazines. He joined Flow in 2019 where he is responsible for designing its website, applications, motion design, delivering e-learning courses and various graphic related duties. He enjoys innovating his design by creating brands and trademarks, editing videos, 2D and 3D animation. His driving factor is to innovate because he feels the need to explore the vast areas of design with the aim of becoming a better professional.

A Sílvia é consultora na Flow. Desde muito cedo que se interessa pelas artes, pelo desporto e pelas relações humanas, o que influenciou e impactou suas escolhas de vida. Viveu no Brasil durante 5 anos, regressou a Moçambique logo após o término da sua Licenciatura em Psicologia. Deu início à sua carreira profissional como psicóloga na área da Saúde, abraçando sempre outras experiências também. O desporto e a prática do exercício físico ao longo da sua vida tiveram um impacto positivo, levando-a a abraçar o mundo do Personal Training. Juntou-se à Flow em 2019, concretamente na área de Talent Search. É uma profissional que se preocupa em conhecer a história de vida das pessoas, sempre muito cuidadosa e zelosa em praticar a escuta activa. A Sílvia é uma pessoa objectiva e voltada para a execução. Destaca-se por privilegiar o contacto com as pessoas, prezando pelas relações interpessoais.
