Pedro Santos is one of the Flowgroup’s Board members, and he also accumulates the role of Flow Mozambique’s Country Manager (where he has been living since 2015). His international experience in large organisations makes him one of the most versatile consultants in our market. He has fifteen years of experience in Organizational Development consulting, as well as Talent Management and Training. Since 2011, he has been CEO of Flowgroup, responsible for the Group's operations in Portugal, Mozambique, Kazakhstan and Brazil. In addition to Flow, Pedro was the President of the world's largest organisation managed by university students - AIESEC (www.aiesec.org ), where he led more than 100 countries, and later on he worked as Manager at DHL Singapore and Hong Kong, where he lived for 5 years. Pedro stands out for his leadership, strategic orientation, resilience and ability to inspire.
Manuel is the Manager at Flow Mozambique that is responsible for our Youth Development Department. His empathy, communication and conciliator spirit stands out. Manuel is working with Flowgroup since 2018 and has been managing Youth Programs, such as Picth Bootcamp, a two-day skills accelerator program that brings together 120 newly graduated and university students, and 60 companies renowed companies in Mozambique, and Ready to Work, a Barclays Bank iniciative to prepare students for the market. Manuel has ten years of experience in developing youth employability programs. Has a set of specializations in Train the Trainers programs with various interactive methodologies. Prior to Flow, he assumed the role of Technical Advisor for employability at IYF Mozambique, as well as project management roles for Mozal youth initiatives. He was Executive Director of the Associação Unidos para Ajudar (UPA), an NGO that worked in partnership with IYF and ESSOR to implement the USAID-funded PREPA project for youth employability under the PEPFAR funding initiative.
Ana is the Manager of LearnIT, a digital company that belongs to Flow group. She stands out for her motivation, dynamic, creativity and empathy. Graduated in Business Management, throughout her professional career she has had experiences in different areas of Management. Her most recent professional experience was as Project Manager and Business Developer at a Learning Technology Development Company, where she was responsible for the company's major clients such as BCI, BancABC, A Politécnica, ISMMA, ISDB and IFBM, and for develop instructional designs for e-learning and b-learning courses for clients from different countries, as well as off-the-shelf courses. In addition to this experience, she was also Human Resources Manager in a company with about 180 employees in Mozambique, where she has been living since 2013. In the past, she has performed other management functions, such as Navigator Product Manager, and Quality Manager (responsible for the implementation of the Quality Management System and consequent Certification of the company by the international ISO standards). Based on her management experience, pedagogical construction and dynamics of e-learning and b-learning courses, in 2019 Ana joined the Flow team to start the LearnIT company, whose mission is to leverage Flow and its clients Programs by providing innovative experiences that make a difference in the time of transmission, acquisition and recycling of knowledge.
Pedro Mendes is Managing Partner at Flowgroup Moçambique. He has more than ten years of consulting experience, eight of which in the Mozambican market, in the areas of Organizational Development, Talent Management and Training. Pedro began his career in the area of Strategy and Operations, in a big 4 company. Later on, he was responsible for expanding a Human Resources Consulting company into the Mozambican market, with strategy and business management responsibilities in his role. Pedro joined the Flowgroup in 2013, where he is responsible for some of our most relevant projects, managing a client portfolio in industries such as Banking, Oil & Gas, Mining, among others. Pedro stands out for his ability to inspire and influence through his creativity and strategic thinking.
Marta is the Manager at Flowgroup Mozambique that is responsible for the areas of Talent Search and HR Consultancy. Se has twelve years of experience in human resources consulting, eight years of which in the Mozambican market in the areas of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Talent Search and Training. She worked for 7 years in a Consultancy (in Portugal and Mozambique) where she was involved in several Assessment and Development Centers, Talent Search and Training projects. In 2013 she joined a big 4 company in Mozambique, where she was responsible for the People and Change area, managing projects related to Organizational Development (job descriptions, skills mapping, career management, performance appraisal systems) and Talent Management (assessment & development centers). She joined Flowgroup in 2017, where she develops projects in the areas of Organizational Development, Talent Search and Talent Management. Marta stands out for her focus on quality, which makes her a detailed and analytical professional, easily gaining the trust and partnership relationship with our clients.
Frederico has been one of our Managers at Flowgroup since 2018, and he has been managing projects in the areas of Organizational Development (culture) as well as training in Soft Skills and Leadership. Frederico started his career as a Consultant in several consulting companies in Portugal and Mozambique. In 2012 he joined a big 4 company in Mozambique, where he assumed the role of Manager of the Management Consulting area. He implemented projects to improve management processes, strategy and human resources development. Carrying out these works gave him a high degree of knowledge about the Mozambican market, and also provided him with technical skills that add value to the customer. Frederico has been living in Mozambique since 2004 and has over 20 years of professional experience. Frederico is an excellent facilitator with a strong focus on strategy and results.
Daniela is a Global Coordinator at Flowgroup where she is responsible for Integrating and Synergising our Ways of Working at Flow offices, as well as Internal Academies, Global Branding, and for the exploration of opportunities in new territories in the Organizational Development areas. Prior to Flow, she worked in the marketing field, as project manager, and later on at a multinational mining company, where she was responsible for managing the evaluation cycle of more than 3,000 employees (Asia, Africa and the Pacific), as well as the development and implementation of Leadership, Induction and Soft Skills Programs. In 2015, Daniela joined the Flowgroup, where she has been working as a consultant for organization development and culture programs in renowned organizations on various international projects. Daniela is passionate about developing programs that work in depth the culture in the organisations, from the conception and diagnosis until the implementation and transformation.
Uitnei Chamusso is a Consultant at Flow. From an early age, interest in culture and communication has had a major influence on her personality and work. After several years living outside of Mozambique, namely Tokyo and South Africa, she returned to Mozambique after completing her degree in Organizational Psychology. She began her professional journey with JICA (Japanese Cooperation) where she was responsible for managing communication between the Japanese and Mozambican cooperation. In 2015, she joined CBE, with the function of recruiter. She continued her experience within Talent Search at the energy company WTS as an international recruiter for the oil and gas industry. In 2015 she received an invitation to be brand ambassador for MAPP Africa, as Communications and Marketing Management Officer in the Southern Africa region (Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabawe). She has been with Flowgroup since 2016 developing projects in the areas of organizational development, training, talent management, talent search, marketing and communication management. In 2018, she obtained a certification in Leadership and Entrepreneurship from the Austin Texas University (Mandela Washington Fellowship), in order to further enhance her personal development and empower Mozambican women to live and grow within their culture on a daily basis.Her great personal passion is the Empowerment of Cultural roots and is the co-founder of Wumburi movement that aims to empower Mozambican women to live their culture in day-to-day.
Cléria is our Youth Coordinator focused on logistics. Being practical and determined, she always sought to develop in areas related to people. Since 2012 she developed her work in the areas of administration, logistics and service in organizations and companies, such as the Tax Authority of Mozambique, Cicoti and Mukota Outsourcing. Her biggest dream is to travel the world, meeting different cultures different from hers. She intensified her passion for people development during the first Pitch BootCamp in Mozambique and realized that Flow is her place!
Laida is our Consultant. She is graduated in Organizational Psychology since this has always been her dream. She has three years of experience working in the Mozambican market in the areas of Organizational Development, Behavioural Training and Young Development. She has been involved in the development of youth programs at well-known companies in the Mozambican market, such as Barclays, CLN and Heineken where she has trained over 2000 young Mozambicans in projects such as Pitch Bootcamp and ReadyToWork. She currently works on consulting projects with some of our largest clients, Standard Bank (in Angola and Mozambique), Único and ABC, developing leadership in different market approaches.
Tatiana D`Ó is one of our HR Consultants, who from a young age has been intrigued by human behaviour, reason why she pursued a degree in Psychology. She has over 8 years of experience in Human Capital Management Consultancy, dominating areas such as Talent Acquisition and Management, Assessment, Organizational Development and Leadership and Soft skills training. She is multifaceted, with years of interaction in sectors and industries such as Oil and Gas, Banking, Mining/Extractive, Civil Engineering, Energy and FMCG, and has had exposure to both National and International markets. Tatiana joined Flowgroup in 2017 and has since occupied the role of HR Talent Acquisition and Training Consultant. Where she has led Cultural Development projects both in Mozambique and Angola, and actively manages the operational activities of the Talent Search Team for some of our competitive partners.
Michela is one of our consultants that is focused on organizational development. She has always wanted to work in this field, despite having graduated in Biological Sciences, because she believes she can make a difference in the dynamics of organizations and their people. She is someone who cares about perfection in her work, which ensure a high quality in the delivery of her projects. Organization and attention to detail are Michela's keywords. Michela joined Flow Moçambique in early 2018, first as a trainee, and nowadays she is a junior consultant. Her integration began with a Heineken Trainees program, then went through Culture programs at Standard Bank Mozambique and Angola and some Youth projects, such as Pitch Bootcamp and Ready To Work. One of her greatest qualities is her love for reading, which she has cultivated since her childhood and adolescence, making her knowledgeable when discussing some particular subjects. Her favourite writers are José Rodrigues dos Santos and Mia Couto. Her biggest dream is to travel the world, to get to know different people and cultures, and her country of choice is Japan, due to its ancient traditions and respect for nature.
O crescimento profissional de Daisy foi influenciado por sua constante transição pelo exterior. A sua progressão académica inclui a conclusão do ensino secundário nos Estados Unidos e Moçambique e o ensino superior na África do Sul, numa das mais prestigiadas Universidades da África; Universidade de Pretória. Ela completou seu BA of Arts (Humanities) em 2016, o curso consistia de matérias como Filosofia, Sociologia e Psicologia. Dada sua inclinação para trabalhar com pessoas, tornou-se voluntária em uma organização sem fins lucrativos chamada CSA&G, que envolvia trabalhar com alunos e ajudar a criar conscientização sobre assuntos relacionados ao HIV/SIDA. A sua primeira oportunidade profissional ao regressar a Moçambique foi em uma empresa de Recursos Humanos. Sua paixão pelo campo começou a florescer quando ela finalmente se juntou à Flowgroup. Maida is the Office Manager of Flow. With a Degree in Tourism Business Management and a passion for travel, she has developed an aptitude to deal with different people and their different types of demands. In search of new challenges, she joined Flow Mozambique in May 2018, where he has been exploring her capabilities and expanding her knowledge. Her mission is to ensure efficient operation of the entire office and support the finance and training logistics. Always available and friendly, Maida stands out for the simplicity and the friendly and caring manner in which it treats the costumers and her colleagues.
Júlio is Web Developer at LearnIT, digital arm of Flow. Previously he worked on the development of solutions for the area of management and recovery of bank loans, where he was responsible for IT area in a company in Mozambique, providing services to various banking institutions. In 2019 he joined Flow, where he is responsible for designing and developing digital solutions in order to digitize internal and customer processes. He enjoys architecting and developing applications since its genesis, as well as install, configure, customize, and maintain databases, LMS, and other software. His great motivation is to discover, learn, share and grow professionally.
Flávio is a Graphic and Multimedia Designer at LearnIT, which is a digital branch of Flow. During his professional career, he has had experience in different areas of Design and Computer science. He started as a sales consultant, subsequently as a promoter and its branding, where he was responsible for the promotion of major brands in the industry. For four years, he was creative director of one of the renowned local magazines. He joined Flow in 2019 where he is responsible for designing its website, applications, motion design, delivering e-learning courses and various graphic related duties. He enjoys innovating his design by creating brands and trademarks, editing videos, 2D and 3D animation. His driving factor is to innovate because he feels the need to explore the vast areas of design with the aim of becoming a better professional.
Magda is a Youth Development Trainer and Coordinator at Flowgroup. Prior to joining Flow, she completed an academic internship at the Ministry of Land, Environment and Rural Development. Where she had the opportunity to interact with diverse groups and communities in a project of Environmental Awareness. It was during this initiative that Mágda identified her passion for Training. Upon her integration to the Flow team she trained over 1800 youth, nationally, during the program Ready to Work, a social responsibility project of one of Flow's partners. A project focused on aiding the youth and recent graduates in their transition from academic life to professional life, helping them attain the best professional, entrepreneurial, financial and interpersonal competencies. In this project she recruited and coordinated the activities of more than 9 trainers and the logistics team. Mágda has a very contagious energy, and she stands out for her focus on solutions and proactivity.
